Yes, we do require a 35% nonrefundable deposit to hold the inventory and contract for your event, with the remaining balance due 2 days before delivery. If the event is in less than 5 days the invoice needs to be paid in full.

Prices listed on the site are for a one day rental. Delivery/customer pickups will be made 1 - 2 days prior to the event, and pick ups/drop offs will be made 1 - 2 days following the event. The exact date of delivery and pickup will be scheduled a week prior to your event. If you need a longer rental period, please let us know. We will be more than happy to work with you and generate a custom quote for longer event rentals!

We currently do not offer customer pickup, but we plan to introduce this option in the future.
